Refund Policy

At Sky Communications, we strive to provide seamless Networking and IT Solutions. Below are our service cancellation and refund policies:

1. Pre-Installation Cancellation:

If a customer chooses to cancel the service before installation, they will receive a 100% refund.

2. Post-Installation Cancellation:

If a customer unsubscribes from the services after two or more months, no refund will be provided.

3. Service Provisioning Delays:

If service provisioning is delayed beyond the agreed period due to the inability of Sky Communications to deliver within the standard delivery period of 7 days (from the date of cheque clearance towards subscription charges), no charges will be levied on the subscriber.

If the subscriber decides to cancel before service provisioning, all one-time charges such as installation charges, activation charges, and transactional charges (for online payments) will be forfeited.

4. Post-Service Provisioning Charges:

After service provisioning, all one-time and recurring charges will be payable as applicable.

5. Refund Processing:

Any applicable refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of account termination.

6. Account Termination Procedure:

Account termination will be initiated upon receipt of the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) in working condition.

The settlement of all outstanding balances will be completed within 3 working days, and a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
