Sky Communications only carries data packets and is not responsible for their content. The Subscriber agrees not to use the service for any illegal or unethical activities.
The Subscriber agrees to fully indemnify and hold Sky Communications harmless against any legal claims, damages, or costs arising from their use of the service.
The Subscriber confirms that all provided information is accurate. The Subscriber is solely responsible for securing their account details, passwords, and payment information.
The Subscriber is responsible for their password security. Sky Communications is not liable for unauthorized transactions made using the Subscriber’s credentials.
The Subscriber cannot resell or share the service without written permission from Sky Communications.
Sky Communications reserves the right to inspect the Subscriber’s premises for compliance. Services may be terminated immediately if the Subscriber violates these Terms.
Sky Communications provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. No warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted service are provided.

Internet telephony (VoIP) use must comply with Indian government regulations. Terminating VoIP calls on public telephone networks (PSTN, ISDN, PLMN) is prohibited.
Sky Communications provides single-user connections unless specified otherwise. Unauthorized sharing of services is illegal and may result in legal action.
The Subscriber agrees to comply with all applicable laws and indemnifies Sky Communications against any legal issues arising from their use of the service.
All network infrastructure deployed by Sky Communications remains its property. Unauthorized tampering or relocation of network components is prohibited.
Any equipment provided remains Sky Communications’ property unless fully paid for by the Subscriber.
Sky Communications reserves the right to upgrade or modify services without prior notice. Services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or government orders.
Prepaid accounts expire if not recharged within the validity period. A reconnection fee may apply for reactivating expired accounts.
Sky Communications reserves the right to share Subscriber details with law enforcement agencies if required by law.
The Subscriber must not use Sky Communications services for spamming. Violation may result in service termination.
Speed is measured within the Sky Communications Network and may differ from external speed tests.
The Subscriber must use the service legally and follow all government regulations.
Subscribers must keep their passwords safe. Sky Communications is not responsible for unauthorized transactions.
By subscribing to Sky Communications services, the Subscriber agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
All content, software, and materials available on Sky Communications' website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Subscriber must not copy or distribute such content without permission.
